Return, Refund & Shipping Policy
All Buffalo Beamworks products are custom-made and personalized to order. In accordance with New York State consumer guidelines, customized items are final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.
If your item arrives with a material defect or workmanship issue, please notify Buffalo Beamworks within 7 days of delivery. Upon review and verification, we will, at our discretion, repair, replace, or refund the item.
Shipping Damage
Buffalo Beamworks carefully packages all orders for safe shipment. If your item arrives damaged during shipping, you must:
- Notify us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide photos of the item and original packaging
Shipping-related damage claims must be submitted promptly so we can file a claim with the carrier. Failure to report damage within this timeframe may limit our ability to offer a resolution.
Natural Materials Disclaimer
Because our products are handcrafted from natural wood, small imperfections, variations in grain, color, texture, and character are normal and do not constitute defects.
