Buffalo Beamworks specializes in custom laser-engraved products, including but not limited to tumblers, wood products, gifts, and specialty items.

Because many of our items are customized or personalized, the following conditions apply:

• Customers are responsible for ensuring spelling, names, and customization details are correct at the time of order.
• We will produce items based on the exact information provided by the customer.
• Slight variations in engraving depth, wood grain, color, or finish may occur due to the natural characteristics of materials and the manufacturing process.
   

These variations are normal and part of the handcrafted nature of our products.

All orders are subject to acceptance by Buffalo Beamworks.

We reserve the right to:

• Cancel or refuse any order
• Limit quantities purchased
• Request additional information before processing an order
   

If an order is canceled after payment has been processed, a refund will be issued to the original payment method.

All prices are listed in U.S. dollars (USD).

Buffalo Beamworks reserves the right to:

• Change prices at any time
• Correct pricing errors
• Cancel orders placed at incorrect prices due to technical or typographical errors
   

Payment must be received before orders are processed or shipped.

We accept payments through secure third-party payment providers. Buffalo Beamworks does not store full credit card numbers on our systems.

Shipping times may vary depending on:

• Product availability
• Customization requirements
• Shipping carrier timelines
   

Estimated delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Buffalo Beamworks is not responsible for shipping delays caused by:

• Weather
• Carrier disruptions
• Incorrect shipping addresses provided by customers
   

Customers are responsible for ensuring the shipping address is accurate at checkout.

Due to the customized nature of many products, personalized items are generally not eligible for return or refund unless:

• The item arrives damaged
• The item received differs from the order placed
• There is a manufacturing defect
   

If an issue occurs, customers must contact us within 7 days of delivery.

Photographs may be required to evaluate claims.

For non-custom items, return eligibility may be determined on a case-by-case basis.

All content on this Site, including but not limited to:

• Logos
• Product designs
• Images
• Graphics
• Text
• Branding
   

is the property of Buffalo Beamworks unless otherwise noted.

Content may not be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission.

If customers provide artwork, logos, or other materials for engraving:

• The customer represents that they have the legal right to use the design.
• Buffalo Beamworks is not responsible for verifying trademark or copyright ownership.
   

Customers agree to indemnify Buffalo Beamworks from any claims related to the use of customer-provided artwork.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Buffalo Beamworks shall not be liable for:

• Indirect or incidental damages
• Loss of profits
• Loss of data
• Damages resulting from misuse of products
   

Our total liability for any claim related to a product purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for that product.

Customers are responsible for using products safely and appropriately.

Buffalo Beamworks is not responsible for damages caused by improper use, modification, or handling of products after delivery.

Your use of the Site is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and use personal information.

Buffalo Beamworks reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time.  Changes will be posted on this page with a revised effective date.

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
